October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Ship Visit Icon OTS
On June 25th, we visited the cruise ship, Icon of the Seas, to speak with seafarers and hand out snacks and gifts to celebrate “The Day of the Seafarer”.

International Woman’s Day
In the month of March, we visited the cruise ships Viking Sea, Norwegian Escape & Seadream II to interview women seafarers so that they can share their stories working in the industry.
Mental Health Awareness Month
During the month of May for Mental Health Awareness Month, we handed out gifts and snacks to seafarers visiting our center and during ship visits.
International Women in Maritime Day
May 18th was International Women in Maritime Day. To commemorate the occasion, we visited the Rhapsody OTS to ask women seafarers about their role in the industry.
