Hispanic Heritage Month: From September 15th to October 15th , Seafarers House San Juan celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month by raising awareness of the disparities in HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STDs, and TB on the Hispanic/Latina community. #hispanicheritage2022 #hiv #STD #Health

Breast Cancer Awareness Month: To help raise awareness of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Seafarers’ House San Juan added facts regarding the condition every week to our social media accounts. Several posts were also uploaded during the month with facts and information. On the 17th , photos of the SHSJ employees wearing pink shirts were uploaded to our social media accounts. The colors representing the annual campaign to raise awareness for the condition. #breastcancerawareness #breastcancer #breastcancerawarenessmonth #cancer

Halloween 2022: Seafarers House San Juan celebrated Halloween by passing out candy to seafarers visiting the SHSJ center and uploading a video message to the SHSJ social media accounts on October 31st .
